About Hope Hero

Solidified Corporation, a Nevada corporation d.b.a. Hope Hero, is a technology company that provides an internet portal allowing customers to access products and services offered by various consumer financial services firms.

What We Do

Hope Hero develops and operates a mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and web portal that serves as a centralized platform for consumers working with financial services providers. Through the Hope Hero portal, customers can:

• Access financial calculators and analysis tools
• Store and manage documents securely
• View tri-merged credit reports from all three major bureaus
• Communicate with their service providers
• Track the progress of their financial programs

Our Role

Hope Hero is only providing software and related services. We are not involved in the business operations of any consumer financial services firm.

Consumer financial services firms — such as student loan assistance companies and credit repair organizations — have determined that one of the best ways to deliver their products and services is through a portal owned and operated by Hope Hero. While these firms offer and deliver their services through our portal, they do not own, set the rules for, nor are they responsible for the operation of the portal.

Similarly, Hope Hero is not responsible for any of the products and services that any consumer financial services firm offers and delivers through the portal. Our responsibility is limited to providing the technology platform and ancillary services such as credit report retrieval and document management.

Technology & Services

The Hope Hero portal provides the following technology services:

• Mobile & Web App: Cross-platform application built for iOS, Android, and web browsers, providing a consistent experience across all devices.
• Financial Calculators: Tools that help consumers understand federal student loan repayment options, including Income-Driven Repayment plans, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and loan consolidation scenarios.
• Credit Monitoring: Periodic tri-merged credit reports obtained with customer authorization, integrated into the portal for easy access.
• Document Management: Secure upload, storage, and sharing of financial documents between customers and their service providers.
• Secure Portal: Encrypted data transmission, authenticated access, and data protection measures to safeguard customer information.
