No. Hope Hero is a technology company that provides software and portal services. We are not involved in the business operations of any financial services firm. Services like student loan assistance and credit repair are provided by our partner firms (such as Hope Credit and Headway Credit) through the portal.

Open the app and navigate to the Calculator tab. Enter your loan details and financial information to see estimated payments under various federal repayment programs.

Yes. Notify Hope Hero in writing (via email to support@hopehero.com) stating the name of any CFSF who should not have access. Changes take effect within 5 business days of receipt.
